Fabiana Zangara is a founding partner of ZACA LAW. As an immigration attorney with experience in employment-based immigration matters, she regularly advises foreign and domestic companies as well as individuals on the full range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions.
She has extensive experience counseling artists, entrepreneurs, academics, and clients in various industries, including technology, design, fashion, hospitality, and entertainment.
Fabiana received her Juris Doctor from the University of Rome “La Sapienza.” She also holds a Master of Laws from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, where she focused on immigration law and served as a Research Scholar.
She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Columbian Lawyers Association and the National Organization of Italian American Women (NOIAW).
Before founding ZACA LAW, Fabiana practiced immigration law at a large international firm based in New York.

Nathalie holds a certificate in Paralegal Studies as an Immigration Law Paralegal Specialist from Duke University and a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business focused in Business Administration.
She has successfully prepared a vast array of Immigration cases that have been approved smoothly.
Previously, she worked at the Office of Refugee Resettlement in Corpus Christi, TX, providing documentation assistance and support to case managers.
Nathalie prides herself on being very responsible, an excellent organizer, she is known for great diligence and focus on client engagement and satisfaction.

Kelsey is an experienced immigration professional with over eleven years of comprehensive business immigration law experience handling high volume immigration petitions for small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and large multinational companies.
Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Law and Economics from Central Michigan University and earned a Juris Masters degree in Legal Risk Management and Corporate HR from Florida State University College of Law.
